1. How can I place an order?

It’s a simple and fast process through our website, just add all the products you want to your cart and if you are done choosing, move on to the cart page (by clicking the cart icon on the top right of the page) and press the "checkout" button.

You are now few seconds away from completing your order;
a. Fill in your contact and shipping information
b. Click on "continue to shipping" 
c. Shipping fees will add up to your total cart value
d. Click on "continue to payment" 
c. Choose your payment method
d. Click on "complete order"

You're done! Keep your order number (ex: #1072)

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders take up to 3 business days for Cairo,Giza and Alexandria to be delivered, and up to 7 business days for other governorates.

We always try our best to ship your orders once they're confirmed so you could receive them as soon as possible.

Delivery hours: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Delivery days exclude Friday and Public Holidays.

You will receive a text message or a call from the shipping company before your order is out for delivery. You can either confirm or cancel your order at this step, if you confirm the order you will be charged for the shipping fees. Incase of order return, shipping fees are nonrefundable.


3. How can I track my order?

Send us your order no.# on Instagram, Facebook or by email and we will update you with your order status.

4. What if I don't like it or something is wrong with it?

This is a common concern we receive because unfortunately, a lot of online shops are dishonest. First off, here at BēING, you can choose to always pay on delivery.

If there’s anything wrong with the product, we have a very simple exchange/return policy. You can get your full money back or exchange the product for a similar or a different one.

You can request a return by email within 14 days after receiving your order and the product needs to be intact and fully packaged with the tag on (as received).

5. Where can I check your products?

Currently, we are just operating online. You can check our full catalog here on our website! We are also present on Instagram and Facebook.

6. Can I pay with cash upon delivery?

Yes sure, currently we only have the option of paying cash on delivery and very soon we will be adding online payment methods.
